Underworlds

Warhammer Underworlds is a game I've not played but have been collecting since Shadespire. Its a bit crazy, but true. Not a single game in all this time. However, soon i get to play a game and in preperation for it i am painting up my Chosen Axes and Privateers.

first up has been the Chosen axes that after some priming and an afternoon of painting turned into the picture below!

I didn't go for the usual GW colours as i wanted to put my own pallet on them. I think the blue with the orange and tanned skin works well. One down and now on to the next team.

I got to a point in painting them and decided i would try oil paint to creat quick grine and shadows (the one front and centre). It didn't turn out how i imagined on the count that i picked up the Isopropyl Alcohol instead of the white spirits. He is now in a bath getting the paint removed so i can start again on that one. Tnhe others didn't come out too bad, but there's still smoe ways to go. My plan is to get these finished this weekend  I'll post a pic of them when they're done.
